How to reduce belly fat

Getting rid of big belly or pot belly can depend on what you eat or drink. There are certain steps to take to help get rid of stubborn belly fat to get a flat tummy.

These includes;

Drinking Of Enough Water
Avoiding processed packaged foods

Eat When Hungry;
Listen to your body to know when you are really hungry. It's better than cramping food to your stomach  just because the clock  said it's breakfast or lunch time. If you are a very busy type that can't eat when hungry do try create time to eat or take a home made food pack with you. So you don't stuff your tummy with junk food.

Reduce or Stay Away From Fried Food;
Fried foods tends to retain a lot of oil and most times salt too.
So, trying boiling or make use of  oven and microwaves to bake to your taste.

Add Vegetables to Your Meals;
 Some vegetables like finnel can help reduce air from the stomach thereby aiding easy digestion.
Vegetables also help cleanse the tummy.

Chew Well;
Don't be in a hurry while taking your meal. No matter how hungry you feel try chew properly before swallowing to aid easy digestion.

Movements
 Apart from going to gym or excising at home, it's adviceable that after every meal, it's wise to go for at least a 30 minutes walk to help the digestive system .
This is mostly good after dinner as the digestive system tends to work less at nights and before bedtimes.

Water;
Drink enough water especially during day time to help flush out unwanted fluid from the body system.

Food Portion;
Amount of food intake especially at nights can cause belly bloat.
Try to reduce the portion of food intake you eat at dinner. Eat more during the day to help reduce your appetite for heavy portions dinner time. Doing this will help reduce belly fat and keep a flat tummy.

Eat Healthy;
This means cooking and eating at home more often than eating out!
Restaurants and packaged foods don't help matters when it comes to belly fat.
Fatty oils and sodium rates are usually used and these cause problems for our digestive systems to break down.
Try cooking healthy meals at home to help fight fats in the body and belly.
