How to look youthful as we age

Look good over 30s!
Looking beautiful or handsome, youthful and healthy at the same time, needs a bit of effort to realize good results.
There are lots of beauty programs, shows and books that try to help both males and females look their best and some times it could be very challenging or discouraging as some don't showcase the real difficulties behind the scenes.

We can help ourselves to loook our best and here are some ways i have tried to keep me healthy and retain my beauty at same time.

1) Enough sleep:

This one seems easy but not really. Youthful looks can be ruined by sleepless nights or no sleep at all. In this stressful world where we run our daily lives waking up with the alarm clock and getting home late too or too late and tired can disrupt the body from getting enough rest. Try to get your time-table in order and take dinner with cool or hot shower before going to bed as this will help relax the body properly.

2) Eat healthy:

What you eat is what you are. Eat right and try to avoid junk food as much as possible. Try fruits and vegetables and cook your food yourself. This way you escape packed and conserved foods which sometimes have chemicals in them that ruin our health and beauty from the inside out.

3) Move, Move:

We need to move more as we age. If you sit in front of the computer alot, try moving your legs under your table as much as possible. Take a 5mins  walk every 20-30 minutes for cafe, water or the bathroom as this helps blood circulation. Walk up the stairs sometimes instead of using the elevator. Do a little bit of exercise after dinner or better still, take a 30mins walk.

4) Drink Up:

Another secret of  looking healthy is water. The body needs to detox itself from waste  in this way  it can stay healthy. If we want to retain our youthful look, we need to drink a lot of plain water to help us detox and keep our skin beautiful. Drink 8 or more glasses of water daily.

5)  UV protection:

Looking youthful can mean stay away from the sun as much as possible. The sun rays can be damaging to the skin for this reason it is advisable  to use sun protection creams before getting out in the sun. There are protective creams ranging from 15 up to 40 or more. So, when there's 30° sun use 30 and above cream protection. Save the beauty of your skin by protecting it.

6) Use Sunglasses:

Prevention is always better than cure. Sunglasses have been used as fashion add up but they can be more than that. Just as the reading glasses protect the eyes so does sun glasses protect the eyes from sunlight. Buy glasses with UV protection as they block the Ultra Violent Rays of the sun from getting to the eyes. This helps prevent and delay early wrinkles and dark eye circles.

7) Exercise:

You don't always need to hit the gym to workout. Taking a 30minutes to 1 hour walk is ok, Pack your car far and walk the rest of the  way to the office or stop 3 or 2 bus stop before your stop and walk the rest of the way. You can jug and do strech out while watching tv.

These simple tips in your daily lives can help you to keep your  youthful and beautiful look in a healthy way. Try do these before reaching out for expensive creams and scrubs as you will have to keep your healthy style even when usuing creams or exfoliants any way.
