How To Have A Smooth Face After Acne

As we age, so does the body and skin age. We need to be cautious on how we treat our skin especially the face in other not to ruin nor damage them. For some of us, certain commercial soaps, creams or exfoliants for face, pimples or acne are just too expensive to afford. If afforadable you just don't know why it's not active as it should be, this is for both dark and white skin. Maybe when you have finished reading, you will know why.

1)  Keep your face clean: Whether or not you have acne, it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface. Washing more often than twice daily is not necessary and it may do more harm than good.

2)Use warm, not hot, water and a mild facial cleanser: Using a harsh soap (like deodorant body soap) can hurt the already inflamed skin and cause more irritation.

3)  Moisturize: Many acne products contain ingredients that dry the skin, so always use a moisturizer that minimizes dryness and skin peeling. Look for "noncomedogenic" on the label, which means it should not cause acne.  There are moisturizers made for oily, dry, or combination skin.

4)  Stay out of the sun: The sun's ultraviolet rays can increase inflammation and redness. Some acne medications may make your skin more sensitive to sunlight. Limit your time in the sun, especially between the hours of 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., and wear protective clothing, such as a long-sleeved shirt, pants, and a broad-brimmed hat.

5)  Use protective creams:  Whether you have pimples or not, always apply sunscreen with SPF 15  or higher at least 20 minutes before sun exposure. Look for "noncomedogenic" on the sunscreen label to make new pimples less likely. Read the ingredients on the product label to know what you're putting on your skin.

6) Feed your skin:  Most experts agree that certain foods, like chocolate, don't cause pimples. Still, it makes sense to avoid greasy food and junk food and add more fresh fruits and vegetables and whole grains to your diet.

7) Exercise daily: Regular exercise is good for your whole body, including your skin. When you exercise, avoid wearing clothing or using exercise equipment that rubs your skin and may cause irritation. Shower or bathe right after exercise.

8) Try Relax:  Some studies link stress with the severity of pimples or acne. Ask yourself what's making you feel stressed. Then look for solutions.

When in doubt, check with a dermatologist to see if you need more treatment to prevent or stop acne.
Stop picking on your pimple.
Wash hands regularly to avoid tranfering bacterias to your face.

How to make Nail Polish Last Longer

It is very important to know how to make your nail polish last longer. It is an habit to wanting your nails to look beautiful that is why we use nail polish of different colors. Sometimes it could just be nude or the colorless nail polish that is suitable to make it look like there's no polish on your nails.

I have noticed that it is not very important for most ladies to bother in trying to save their nail polish and also goes to some professionals. Nail polish could be one of the cheapest  things to buy out there but we can try limit how we waste them. Here are some tips.

Keep upright:

You should always stire your nail polish upwards and never sideways as this will make the lacquer slip to the nech of the bottle which leads to become sticky

Cool temprature:

Always store your nail polish in a cool dark place to help it retain its freshness and smell new anytime you use it.

Cover up:

This point is a very important part we miss the most. Whenever you are polishing your nails, always keep a card with you. Cover the polish bottle with the card while you polish your nails. It can be any paper but a card like  paper is better as it is thick enough to stop air from entry the nail polish.
This way your nail polish will last longer without even getting dried.

Thinner drops:

Most ladies already know this step. If you are not used to covering your nail polish while you polish your nails, buy a polish thinner and put few drops to your nail polish to stop its driness and make it look new.
